Secure recovery

Password recovery stays separate from normal sign-in.

Recovery links are time-limited and only set a new password. They do not create a live session or bypass first-login protections.

Request

Ask for a reset link from either the firm or platform-admin sign-in surface.

Step 2

Verify

Open the email link before it expires and choose a stronger replacement password.

Step 3

Sign in again

Return to the usual sign-in page and continue with the updated credential.
